There is no website, portal, database, or paid service through which you can check whether you are blacklisted from India. What does exist is a lawful path: reading the signals in your record, formal engagement with authorities, and, where the facts support it, a writ petition before a High Court.

On 1 September 2025, the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 came into force, and four statutes that had governed the entry, registration, presence, and removal of foreigners in India for between twenty-five and one hundred and five years ceased to operate.
